Prior to establishing XL Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab, Mr. Zatorski established one of the most successful Accelerated Rehabilitation Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Centers in the country in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Zatorski developed the concept for the 7,000 square foot facility and managed the business and its employees for 8 years.
From November 1999 to May 2001, in partnership with New River Capital Partners, Mr. Zatorski developed the concept for a 28,000 square foot Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance Center. Mr. Zatorski developed the business plan and was involved in all aspects of concept development, sales plans, major insurance company contracting and developing strategic relationships with the NFL Quarterback Club and other organizations, financial institutions and groups.
From May 1997 to November 1999, Mr. Zatorski was Head Staff Physical Therapist at Healthsouth in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to that Mr. Zatorski was a Physical Therapy Rehabiliation Trainer at Mount Sinai Sports Therapy Center in New York.
Before his pursuit of a career in Physical Therapy, Mr. Zatorski was an Equities and Commodities Trader for EF Hutton, Shearson Lehman and Speer, Leeds and Kellogg for 6 years in New York. Mr. Zatorski holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and a Degree in Business and consults with international companies on the biomechanics and design of Fitness and Rehab products. He also has a background in Maitland Osteopathic Manual Therapy, is certified in the Graston Technique, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, a USA Weightlifting Club Coach, and a four- time Guinness World Record Holder in Sit-Ups and Push-Ups.
Lonny Reeber, MPT, CSCS

Lonny joined the XL Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab staff after 4 years of managing an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic with one of the largest outpatient rehab providers in the country. During his leadership there, the clinic became one of their most successful clinics in South Florida.
Lonny received his bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1998. He then went on to receive his Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2001. Throughout his 20+ years as a Physical Therapist, Lonny has focused his work in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine settings. Lonny is also recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2001.
Dr. Julie Niver, DPT

Julie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Since graduating she has worked in orthopedic and sports related outpatient facilities. She attended Clemson University for undergrad, where she received her Bachelors in Health Science. While at Clemson she participated in collegiate cheerleading which furthered her love and passion for sports and rehabilitation.
Julie continues to further her education by taking a variety of manual therapy focused on Maitland and Graston techniques.
Sheridan Lee, DPT

Sheridan graduated from the University of Florida with both her bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology followed by her degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She grew up as a competitive tennis player in Boca Raton, FL, and taught as a group fitness instructor throughout her time at UF. Sheridan has always had a passion for exercise and teaching, which ultimately steered her towards a career in physical therapy. Sheridan’s professional goals include earning her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys staying active by attending indoor cycling classes and running half marathons.
Zach Routman, DPT

Zach Routman joined our staff upon receiving his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University. Since joining our staff Zach has become a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist and has taken courses aimed towards developing a background in Maitland Osteopathic Manual Therapy with a focus on spinal manipulation. Zach has a history of working with high level athletes including NFL and collegiate football players as well as general outpatient orthopedic patients with a strong dedication to restoring mobility and function. Prior to receiving his DPT, Zach graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in biology and spent a year working as a biological research scientist for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. During his off time Zach enjoys playing sports, fishing, and traveling.

Marla received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) with interest in sports injuries and orthopedic related conditions. In her free time she likes to hang out by the beach, roller skate and travel.

Ariana is a Ft Lauderdale native. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University and undergraduate in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida. Ariana is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Ariana developed her passion for Physical Therapy after having a few surgeries and patella dislocations. Ariana is 3x soccer state champion. In her free time, she hangs out with friends and plays tennis and kickball. Her motto is No Bad Days.

Hector is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Keiser University. He studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he gained experience working with human cadavers and completed his Bachelors degree in Health Service Administration at Florida International University in Miami. A true Florida native, Hector was born and raised in Hialeah, FL and comes from a hard working Cuban/Venezuelan family who instilled a passionate work ethic that is exemplified when working with patients. With 6 years working in the clinic, Hector’s experience is vast and he prides himself in his depth of knowledge and skill set in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Hector works tirelessly ensuring his patients not only return to doing what they love, more importantly, that they leave the clinic with a better understanding of body mechanics and more confidence in themselves as they return to function.
